Jarrow Formulas Selenium Synergy contains a highly effective form of selenium, methylselenocysteine, in a synergistic formulation with Glucoraphanin, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and vitamin E, which promotes antioxidant protection against free radicals. Activated selenium with glucoraphanin and vitamins B2 and E.
Recommended Use: Take 1 capsule per day or 1 every other day or take as directed by a healthcare professional. NOTE: The total amount of selenium supplemented from all sources should not exceed the tolerable upper intake level (UL) for selenium of 400 mcg/day. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, lactating, trying to conceive, under the age of 18, or taking medications, consult your healthcare professional before using this product.
